Duncan Leadership Institute was created in response to a growing demand in the New World for executive-level training for Executive Management Assistants. Our 26 years of working with CEOs and senior executives in diverse industries has provided us with the relevant data for designing our training curriculum. Sessions, designed for small groups of mid-to-senior-level assistants, promote on-the-job effectiveness by providing information, practice and tools on the newly defined criteria required for today's Executive Management Assistant.
From executives’ perspective, “time is the most precious commodity, and the work ethic is disappearing;” thus, “training is vital in work habits to save executives’ time, in team building, and ethical workplace behavior in order to integrate performance standards and ethical guidelines to decision-making.”
